Happy Easter!
Happy Easter to all our family and friends! We had a great Easter, the weather was beautiful and Sara Kate seemed to understand a little more what Easter is all about. She kept saying, "Jesus is alive!" How precious is that? Here are some pictures from last week. We enjoyed a week full of Easter egg hunts, friends and Sara Kate not being sick! She was sick for 2 whole weeks. Not fun! One week she had a bad cold and the next she had an awful virus that lasted for a week. We are so thankful that she is feeling better and back to her crazy self!

Shepherd slept through most of the pictures. SK was just so happy to hold Shepherd again, we didn't let her for the 2 weeks she was sick. That was torture for her, she LOVES holding baby brother!

Finally a picture with Shepherd's eyes open!
Sara Kate's big girl bed came this weekend. She loves it!
SK was so excited that the Easter bunny came. We had to assure her though that he came and left. She didn't want to see him!
We went to the Easter service on Saturday night. Afterwards we went to Olive Garden with our friends Daniel, Rachel, Naomi & Luke.

This was taken after we got home from bible study. This was Shepherd's first time going. He did great and slept the whole time!
SK made all kinds of Easter crafts. She loved hunting the eggs!
This week SK had some of her good buddies over for an Easter get together. Somehow all the girls ended up in princess dresses. It was so fun seeing all of them hunting eggs in their dresses!

Love the new pictures! So sweet that SK loves holding Shepherd! Looks like y'all had a wonderful week full on fun Easter activities! We miss y'all!
Adore my grandchildren! Sara Kate's new bed is so precious. It looks just like Sara Kate. The pic of SK holding Shepherd in the den where Shep has on the green and blue striped outfit shows how much Shep looks like a Flynt. Shep looks like Gifford Flynt Jr. to me. Uncle Giff would be so proud.
