Fun with Friends!

Yesterday Sara Kate and I met some friends at Big Top Kidz, an indoor play center. She loved it! She loves seeing her friends & having little playmates. It was nice too b/c Eric got off early since it was Veteran's Day so we had a great day yesterday. Enjoy the pics! The above picture is of the girls walking up to Big Top Kidz. They're so sweet and love to hold hands. (Sara Kate is the one in the middle just in case it's hard to tell!)

Abby & Naomi riding the little cars down the track, SK was a little too scared to do it.

This is what Sara Kate loved to do, drive her little car. I think Santa knows what to bring her this year!
The girls did a great job taking turns with the different cars
Having fun in the bouncy castle
SK & Ellie driving their cars
Peeking through the windows of the play house
After all that fun, the girls needed a trip to Chick-fil-A & the mommies did too!

The next set of pictures were from Sara Kate's little friend Ellie's birthday party. It was so much fun! Sara Kate enjoyed the bouncy house and getting a butterfly made out of a balloon. Thanks Ellie for having us over for your party!
Not quite sure why SK was making that face but I thought it was funny
Good picture of Naomi & Ellie. Not quite sure why Sara Kate is making this face either!
Now she smiles for the camera!
Walking around with her butterfly balloon

I love how her hand is on her hip! She is something else!
watching the lady make the different balloon animals

Naomi about to slide down the slide, and no, SK did not do that. She's a little too timid!

Getting their instruments

When Sara Kate got to school on Friday, she decided that she was no longer a Fairy but a Princess. I think she changed her mind when her friend told her that she was a princess so SK wanted to be one too!
Posing with her friend Tyler the Pirate
SK and her teacher Mrs. Jen
Now with her friend Olivia

The kids went from tree to tree saying "trick or treat!" to the Mom's who then handed out candy. It was really cute b/c they had little doors on each tree.
"trick or treating" with her classmates
Playing games is so much fun!

Can you tell she's having fun?
SK with her friend Alicia. The little boy in the background came to school as an astronaut but Sara Kate was so scared of him with his helmet on that he couldn't wear it b/c she cried every time he put it on. :( He was a great sport and didn't wear it b/c he didn't want to scare her.
Yummy cupcakes!

Here is a picture of SK right before we went trick or treating. As you can tell, she had to have her purse, Kitty & her sunglasses. I somehow got the sunglasses off but she HAD to walk around with her purse on!
I almost forgot, she had her keys too!

SK with her friend Harper (aka Carper)
Aiden & SK
TRICK OR TREAT! Our neighbor Gavin opened the door in his costume and Sara Kate was so scared. She screamed and ran back to Eric. She was scared of anyone with a mask or helmet on. Needless to say, we only went to a few houses! :)

We had lots of fun the week of Halloween. Sara Kate and I went to a pumpkin patch with our friends Abby and Abby's mom Naomi on Tuesday. Ana, our Kindermusik teacher, was there doing songs with the kids and Sara Kate loved that! On Wednesday we had Kindermusik and some of the kids dressed up there too. Thursday was bible study and they had a festival that SK loved. She came home with tattoos all over! Friday was her school Halloween party and trick or treating that night. Eric and I also had several neighbors and friends over later that night for a chili cook-off. It was lots of fun! Sara Kate's little friend Naomi was out of town and she really missed having her to run around with! Hope you all had a fun Halloween!
